Nucleic Acid Immunocytochemistry: In Situ Hybridization to Human Chromosomes of an Alkaline Phosphat
Important aspects of the relatively new technique, nucleic acid immunocytochemis
Important aspects of the relatively new technique, nucleic acid immunocytochemistry, are predicated on principles that are different from those that underlie the immunocytochemistry protocols described in earlier chapters of this book. Hence, this chapter includes selected background information that is needed to understand the basis of the protocols described herein as well as to be able to adapt these protocols to other experimental situations.
